Co-Founder
Felix has more than 11 years of experience in B2B sales and has seen over 20 different commission models in practice during this time. Through his work in HR software sales like at Personio, he has a deep understanding of the requirements for modern personnel and compensation systems. He witnessed the growth from 140 to 2,000 employees directly and therefore knows exactly about the necessary adjustments of sales and incentive structures.
